Our High and Low Pressure Feedwater Heater U-Tubes are purpose-built for large-scale thermal power generation systems. Specially bent into various standard radii to match the assembly structure of power plant feedwater heaters, these U-shaped heat exchange tubes feature a typical design of small diameter, thin wall and extra-long length, which perfectly meets the intensive heat transfer demands of high-efficiency thermal power units.
Manufactured with precision bending and stress relief treatment, our U-tubes deliver uniform bending radius, stable structural performance and zero deformation. They are capable of enduring long-term cyclic changes of temperature and pressure in rigorous thermal power working conditions, effectively avoiding fatigue cracking, leakage and fouling problems. With reliable durability and consistent heat transfer efficiency, these tubes ensure safe, stable and continuous operation for power plant heater systems.

Material Grades

We provide mature and widely applied austenitic stainless steel grades dedicated for feedwater heater U-tubes:
TP304, TP304L, TP316, TP316L
These grades exhibit excellent bendability, weldability, high-temperature stability and outstanding resistance to water medium corrosion. They are the most ideal and mainstream materials for thermal power feedwater heater equipment, fully adapting to long-cycle and high-load operating environments of power generation units.

Production Standards

Our feedwater heater U-tubes are strictly produced and inspected in accordance with ASME SA688, the authoritative international standard for welded austenitic stainless steel tubes for feedwater heaters.
