HCADTO 430 stainless steel plate coloring methods are: (1) Ion deposition oxide. (2) High temperature oxidation method. (3) Chemical oxidation method or electrochemical oxidation. (4) Gas-phase cracking method. We will do a brief overview to you the first three of them.
(1) The ion deposition oxide method is to place the stainless steel plate in a vacuum coating machine for vacuum evaporation plating, which is golden yellow. This method is suitable for high-volume product processing. Because of the large investment and high cost, small batch products are not cost-effective.
(2) The high temperature oxidation method is to immerse the stainless steel plate in a specific molten salt to form a thickness of oxide film on stainless steel plate and present various colors.
(3) The chemical method is to form the color film through chemical oxidation in a specific solution.
