The basic stamping process of stainless steel angle bar includes drawing process, bulging process, flanging process and bending process. Each of those processes has different characteristics. Let's take a look.

1. Deep drawing process. The deep drawing process is made from flat blanks by cutting blanks into hollow parts with using special dies. It is characterized is that the metal plate can flow into the demale mold under the driving of the male mold, then the fluidity of the stainless steel angle bar is formed.

2. Bulging process. Bulging is a stamping forming method that uses a die to reduce the thickness of the blank and increase the surface area to obtain the geometry of the part, which depends on the extension of stainless steel angle bar.

3. Flanging forming process. Flanging is a stamping method that molds the edge of a hole or the outer edge into a vertical edge.

4. Bending forming process. Bending forming is a forming method of bending stainless steel angles bar, metal plates, bars, tubes or profiles into parts of a certain shape and angle.
