The stamping process of stainless steel angle bar includes drawing process, bulging process, flanging process and bending process. These four processes have their own characteristics.

1. Drawing process. Deep drawing is a stamping process, which uses a special die to make hollow parts from the blanks obtained after punching or cutting. It is formed by the fluidity and elongation of the stainless steel angle bar material.

2. Bulging forming process. Bulging is a stamping method that uses a mold to force the thickness of the blank to decrease and the surface area to increase, so as to obtain the geometric shape of the part. The characteristic is that the blank is crushed by the blank holder and cannot flow into the mold. This depends entirely on the extension and forming of the stainless steel angle bar material itself.

3. Flanging forming process. Flanging is a stamping method in which the hole or outer edge of the blank is turned into a vertical edge with a die. In the middle stage of round hole flanging, that is, before the material under the punch is completely transferred to the side.

4. Bending forming process. Bending forming is a forming method in which stainless steel angle bar metal plates, bars, pipes or profiles are bent into parts with a certain shape and angle.
