Common Re-treatment Technique of Stainless Steel Angle Bar

Stainless steel angle bars are mainly used to make frame structure buildings. 1、Cutting Off the Stainless Steel Angle Bar

The most common way to process stainless steel angle bars is to cut off them according to the desired size for actual construction. This method of handling is widely used in the construction process of frame-type structures, such as outdoor billboards, air conditioning shelves and power transmission towers. The processing tool is angle cutter. Now there also appears the new vertical angle cutter, whose operation mode is more convenient and cutting efficiency has improved. This new machine can free the workers from repetitive stooping and bending.

2、Bending the Stainless Steel Angle Bar to 90 Degrees

The equipment for bending stainless steel angle bars is called angle bending machine. There are two forms of bending: incurve and excurvature. Normally these equipments are all hydraulic. Firstly, drawing a vertical line on the desired bending position on one of the edges of stainless steel angle bar. Then drawing two 45 degree symmetric lines on the both side of vertical line. The bending process can finally be finished after sawing the opening formed by these two lines.

3、Bending the Stainless Steel Angle Bar to A 360 Degree circle

Using angle roll forming machine is a reliable way to bending the stainless steel angle bar to a 360 degree circle. It can totally change the shape of stainless angle bar without damage its physical strength. This machine, which is also hydraulic in general, can turn stainless steel angle bars into rings whose diameter is 320 mm to 6,000 mm.

4、Doing Corner Cut and Punch Work to the Stainless Steel Angle Bar 

The corner cut punch and punching work process need to be done by combined punching and shearing machine. This kind of machine is simple to operate can also be used cut edges. You need to use different cutting molds to realize the different functions. In addition, the other profiles, such as flat bar, U-steel and I-beam steel can also be processed by combined punching and shearing machine
